Jimmy Wisner has had an illustrious and legendary career in the record business, As producer, arranger, songwriter and artist, he has over 100 chart hits accounting for a half-a-billion dollars in record sales. He was the head of A&R for Columbia Records in New York and is currently on the board of The Recording Academy. Jimmy has worked with artists that represent a Who's Who of Show Business...artists as diverse as Tony Bennett, Robert Goulet, Barbara Streisand, Iggy Pop, Carly Simon, Mel Torme and the great Cab Calloway. His Top 40 classics include the Cowsills' "The Rain, The Park and Other Things," which appeared in the Jim Carrey film, 'Dumb and Dumber'; Tommy James' "I Think We're Alone Now;" and the Len Barry all time favorite "One, Two, Three," which was featured in the film 'Mr. Holland's Opus. Jimmy Wisner has been successful in every area of the record business and that's why they call him...The "Wiz." The "Wiz" lives in the New York metropolitan area with his wife, Jane and their son, Matthew. |

Ann Johns Ruckert is President of Robert Ruckert Music, a full service recording industry company, she is Vice President of Wisner/Ruckert & Associates, a production and artists management company, co-owned with Jimmy "The Wiz" Wisner and Jane Wisner. In Addition, she heads up Thirteen Stories Records, Inc. and host a very popular weekly radio show which addresses the needs of songwriters. During her career in the record business, she has performed, produced and/or contracted more than 3,000 commercially released recordings, including artists such as Roberta Flack, Eugene McDaniels, Barbara Streisand, Aretha Franklin, Quincy Jones, Strawbs, Phil Ramone and many more. A co-founder of Grammy's in the schools, she is a current governor and past trustee of NARAS, the organization that awards the Grammys. Ann spends considerable time as a consultant to Artists Against Hunger & Poverty. |
